Has anyone else gotten attached to this little guy

Kipper the Dog is a favorite around here.  This British cartoon is marvelous.  The animals all speak with their British accents making it just that much more endearing!  The animation is so simple - leaves your imagination wide open!  Kipper is kind, thoughtful, generous and creative.  Most stories could happen in real life, with an occasional silly story thrown in - like the Bleeper People on the Moon, a magic carpet or clouds made of ice cream, whipped cream and cherries!

Here and there you'll hear a character say, "that's stupid" or some such remark and a little attitude surfaces from Pig or Tiger, but as far as kids' movies go these days, this is a 9.5 outta 10 from MommieJoys!

Kipper DVDs, toys and books are hard to find.  If you stumble across a Kipper "something" at a garage sale or somewhere cheap, buy it!  (If we don't have it, maybe we'll buy it from you!  *smiles*)  Amazon is our best bet.  The 4-in-1 DVD set is a great deal at $8.99!

My mom just picked up Where, oh where, is Kipper's Bear? At a garage sale last weekend.  My daughter hasn't been able to put it down!  The light at the end doesn't work anymore because the book was printed in the 90's!  But everything else looks great.  Thanks, Grandma!

Who are your kids "into" these days?
